If you were asked to provide supporting documentation for your dependents, you must do so on SmartSource by Sunday, Nov. 30. If you don’t, your dependents won’t have coverage in 2026.
Are Your Beneficiaries up to Date?
A beneficiary receives your benefits if you die. You can add or update your life insurance beneficiaries on SmartSource by selecting My Beneficiaries.
Get Your Flu Vaccine By Nov. 21
All employees are required to receive a flu vaccination before Nov. 21, 2025, or be approved for a medical or religious exemption before Oct. 31, 2025.
